Workalin DESCRIPTION External-use revulsive for horses. COMPOSITION Turpentine oil: 5 g. Potassium iodide: 2.6 g. Camphor: 10 g. Isopropyl alcohol: 60 g. Iodine: 12 g. Mercury chloride: 0.3 g. Excipients q.s.: 100 g. ACTION Revulsive. INDICATIONS Chronic inflammatory conditions of the skeletal, muscular, and tendon systems. E.g., osteitis, spavin, tendinitis, bursitis, osteoarthritis, etc. Reduces calluses and bone spurs. Stimulates circulation in the treatment of ringworm. CONTRAINDICATIONS Do not apply too large an amount on the first day. Monitor the effect on each horse. Limit application to the area to be treated. DOSAGE : Apply gently with brushes twice a week as a preventative measure against osteoarticular injuries. For bone spurs and tendinitis, apply daily until a scab forms; Allow the scab to fall off on its own. The treated area may be showered
