DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND DOSAGE: Administer orally. The granules are administered according to the appropriate dose mixed with the feed. Dosage Guidelines: Foals: 10 grams (two scoops) twice daily, mixed with feed. Adults: (for an average weight of 400 kg) 20 grams (four scoops) twice daily, mixed with feed. MAINTENANCE AND PREVENTIVE DOSAGE: Foals: 10 grams (two scoops) per day. Adults (for an average weight of 400 kg): 20 g (4 scoops) per day. The duration of treatment depends on the severity of osteoarthritis, training demands, the intensity of factors contributing to secondary osteoarthritis, and the individual’s response. Minimum duration: 3 months. In advanced cases of osteoarthritis, radiographic improvements may be observed after 6 months of continuous treatment. Within approximately two weeks, the effects of SOSTEN ART EQUINOS result in reduced pain, which will guide the determination of the effective dose, which may vary based on professional judgment. It is recommended to avoid steroids due to their catabolic effects on the synthesis of proteo-GAGs by chondrocytes and fibroblasts. Dosage interval: 8 to 12 hours. The product does not have a strict schedule.
