Glicophos

Glicophos® is a metabolic regulator whose active ingredient, sodium glycerophosphate, provides a molecule essential for electron transport in the respiratory chain. As is well known, energy production (ATP from ADP) occurs in the mitochondria; INDICATIONS FOR USE; Glycerophosphate is an endogenous substance that acts directly on the mitochondria of muscle fibers, generating energy and thereby improving athletic performance. Furthermore, it increases the bioavailability of phosphorus so it can be utilized by the body wherever needed. Its use is recommended prior to competition to improve energy bioavailability at the muscular level. It is also used as a post-exercise energy replenisher, especially in animals that compete very frequently, thereby shortening energy recovery times following intense exercise
