Usage Indications
Ceftocidin, Dried Its active ingredient, cefalexin—a cephalosporin antibiotic—possesses unique characteristics for the treatment of breast infections.
Composition: Cephalexin 100 mg, Neomycin Sulfate 50 mg, Procaine Penicillin G 300 mg. Excipients q.s. to 5 ml.
Therapeutic Action: Routine use is recommended for all cows entering the dry period. Its benefits include a prophylactic effect, as it prevents infections during this period and minimizes risks in the next lactation. It also plays a very important role in treating subclinical mastitis.
