Ceftocidin Endo; Topical antibiotic for the treatment of uterine infections (endometritis); Composition: Cephalexin 2 g, Penicillin G Procaine 2 g. Oily excipient q.s. to 40 ml; Therapeutic Action: It is indicated for infections of the endometrium, subacute or chronic endometritis, with or without vulvar discharge. The main component, cephalexin, is a broad-spectrum cephalosporin characterized by: high bioavailability due to its high un ionized fraction, fat solubility, and low protein binding. It is a highly effective bactericidal antibiotic.
