ESTRICNOBE Estricnobé® Central nervous system stimulant and antineuritic agent. The highest concentration of caffeine on the market. Acts on the brain-spinal axis and controls states of neuromuscular apathy. Vitamin supplement, tonic, and neuromuscular stimulant with antineuritic action. Indications: Paresis, exhaustion, ataxia, post-strain conditions, and viral myoclonus (canine distemper). Also for animals undergoing training or subjected to intense physical exertion. Dosage as a neuromuscular tonic: • Racehorses: 5 cc twice a week for 3–4 weeks. • Cattle: 1 cc per 40 to 60 kg of body weight; Maximum dose 10 cc for all species. • Sheep, goats, cattle, and pigs: 1 cc per 20 to 30 kg of body weight, twice a week for 3–4 weeks. • Dogs: 0.1 cc per 5 kg of body weight for 5 consecutive days. Alternatively, mix 1 cc of the product with 4 cc of sterile distilled water; Administer 1 cc of this mixture subcutaneously or intramuscularly per 10 kg of body weight for 5 consecutive days. As a neuromuscular stimulant: Administer three consecutive doses at 48- to 72-hour intervals, at the following doses: Medium and large animals: 2 cc per 70 to 80 kg of body weight. • Adult dogs: 0.3 cc per 8 kg of body weight. Note: It is important to reduce the doses for young animals and those that are severely malnourished. Packaging: Bottles of 10 cc and 30 cc. Formula: Each 100 ml of product contains: Caffeine 25 g. Procaine hydrochloride 2 g. Thiamine hydrochloride 3 g. Excipients and adjuvants: Sodium benzoate, propylparaben, methylparaben, water for injection q.s. to 100 ml.
