ARTROSAN; Presentation:; 6-ml ampoule vial. Injectable anti-arthritic agent; For the prevention and treatment of equine osteoarthritis. Description:; Injectable solution for the prevention and treatment of equine osteoarthritis. Artrosan has anti-inflammatory, heparinoid, and regenerative chondroprotective effects. Formula:; Each mL contains 250 mg of sodium pentosan polysulfate and excipients q.s. to 1 mL; Indications:; Prevents, treats, repairs, and protects against all types of canine osteoarthritis (non-infectious arthritis, osteoarthritis, hydrarthrosis, and other degenerative arthropathies, chondropathies, synovitis, tendinitis, etc.) Administration and Dosage:; Administer 1 mL of Artrosan Konig per 20 kg subcutaneously. Artrosan Konig is administered once a week for 4 weeks. Treatment may be repeated every three months at the discretion of the attending veterinarian
